Forged Bars Specification
Stainless Steel (SS) 430F Black Bars & Forged Bars is a ferritic chromium alloy and is quite similar to stainless steel 430. It has a lot of sulfur which makes it very machine able. This alloy is easily formed as 430 grade by adding sulfur but it still has a very low ductility. This alloy is used for fabricating a lot of industrial products and materials.
We take a lot of care while manufacturing Stainless Steel (SS) 430F Black Bars & Forged Bars at our highly operational and functional Manufacturing Plant so that the quality is not compromised at all. We take a lot of care of our products keeping in mind all the quality standards nationally and internationally. There are professionals who handle this materials and under their guidance the materials are manufactured, inspected and packed. We believe in making supreme quality bars because its applications are huge and wide in many industries and atmospheric conditions. During the time of product development, these bars are developed by using 100% pure quality of alloy that is well tested and examined.
It is identical to AISI 430 stainless steel but contains more sulphur and should not be used for high pressure gas or liquid containment. EN 1.4105 is the European equivalent. The ferritic, straight chromium alloy AISI 430F stainless steel is melted as AOD. It has a tensile strength of 550 MPa (79800 psi), a modulus of elasticity of 200 GPa (29000 ksi), a Poisson's ratio of 0.27 - 0.30, and a break elongation of 25%.
Stainless Steel (SS) 430F Black Bars & Forged Bars has a lot of applications and are used in various industries like - Petrochemical Industry Pulp & Paper Industry , Power Plant Industry, Food Processing Industry, Pharmaceuticals Industry, Chemical Industry, Oil and Gas Industry, Energy Industry and Aerospace Industry.
